• In crypto, if your token flops, your users leave. There are 10 alternatives. Loyalty is pegged to token price. So top projects with real usage + revenue often delay their TGE — they have too much to lose.
• What do you even do with the token? Unlike the next "L2 but faster,"
- Consumer apps actually make money. So unless your token has tight value capture (fees, burns, rev share),
It becomes -EV.
` Most tokens exist just to fundraise. But if you're printing revenue already, what's the point?
• Third: launch first, lose first. If your token and airdrop works well, every clone will just copy the mechanics and farm your users. There's no loyalty. Crypto users chase money, not quality.

→ Built a sticky flywheel that attracted more users
Most tokens die because teams think token = growth.
Wrong.
Token = leverage.
