$PENDLE does something very interesting: it allows you to trade your yield rights separately. It sounds complicated, but it's actually very practical.
For example, if you have an asset that generates yield, PENDLE can split it into two parts: the principal and the future yield rights. This way, you can sell the yield rights in advance for cash, or specifically buy yield rights to aim for high returns.
TVL skyrocketed from 15 million to 5 billion, a 300x increase is no joke. Moreover, this method has a high technical barrier, not everyone can replicate it.
Currently at 3.4, I think 5-7 is reasonable. The tokenization of yield is still in its early stages, and PENDLE is considered a pioneer.
