It was fun watching the delisting of the fake Bitcoin on Twitter.
Now hopefully the UK doesn’t do bullshit here.
Today we are at the Royal Court of Justice in London
The case is "BSV Holdings Limited" vs crypto exchanges such as @krakenfx and @binance. It is over the delisting of the BSV coin in 2019 and BSV holders are asking for £9 billion. The exchanges tried to stop the case going to trial, but lost. Now @binance is appealing that decision in the court of appeal, hoping the get the case stuck out.
We expect @binance to put forward boring and technical arguments, therefore it might not be an especially exiciting day. The chance of a full case strike out is not likley at this stage. We are here anyway!
