TLDR: @babylonlabs_io marketing and presence are about to change. A lot. gBabylon! Couldn't wait for Monday...YES, I joined Babylon to lead their comms! Some of you might not know, but I've been at @ankr leading their LST division when it comes to marketing, then @tenderize_me, co-ran Satori Perp Dex, led Marketing at Renzo, and more recently have been helping @turtleclubhouse when it comes to liquid fund and private liquidity deals. But why do I think you should be bullish on what's coming for Babylon??? I’ll be focusing first, as a priority, on a lot on top-of-funnel strategy, especially when it comes to how Babylon shows up in public conversations (whether that’s through educational content, founder storytelling, or community engagement on Twitter.) I also want to push for more consistent, direct engagement with our community, quote tweets, live spaces, meme replies, which will need work when it comes to the legal side. Babylon is building for its community and ecosystem, and we should be seen there (our main social outlets) daily, not just during announcements. P.S. A human being needs to see the same message around 7 times to even remember it. On the data side, I’ve been tracking which partners, media outlets, and KOLs are moving the most mindshare, both for us and for competitors. That includes digging into @Cookie3_com and @KaitoAI to see what campaigns are converting, and how we can better measure the quality of our reach. There are also a few standout campaigns out there right now, Infinex’s gamified funnel (and Lourd, on the way these protocols create utility for their governance token and locking systems), for instance, that we should study more closely. I’ll keep surfacing those insights and seeing how we can adapt or remix similar mechanics. Overall, I’m here to make sure Babylon stays top of mind in the market by being visible, educational, and part of the broader conversation every single day.
