$CHAT HTF UPDATE In the past, I shared my high conviction in TAOBOT and VectorChat. Two days ago, I temporarily downgraded my high conviction in CHAT due to known reasons. I'm glad the team responded quickly and constructively. As a long-term investor and supporter, my priority is always my community. A top-tier performer depends on a top-tier team. Poor communication often signals a lack of staff (funding issues) or an inexperienced and disorganized team, both are bearish variables for a project aiming at a $1b mcap. The AI space is highly competitive, and at this stage, we need to see something tangible, a real product, not just promises and an underperforming chunking subnet. Following my post, I had a productive conversation with the team. Solid tech takes time, we experienced delays with TAOBOT too. It’s not about impatience, it’s about proper communication. Having the biggest whales and supporters left on read should be a thing of the past. TA wise CHAT looks bottomed out. I didn’t say I’m no longer bullish, I simply removed the high conviction for now. We're seeing consolidation above major ascending support, a shakeout followed by a textbook close above it, forming the right shoulder of a potential inverse H&S. We’ve also reclaimed the POC (red line). Current key support sits at 4 cents. RM below. Remember, the chart is our insider. Price action always comes first. The team now has a chance to deliver a beta in the coming weeks. If they do, the price could double, and with a solid product, I expect price discovery in the months ahead. Bullish on CHAT only — not on the chunking subnet for now.
