🧠 Aaron Tracked real-time positions and prices on Deribit and Hyperliquid. Finalized trade execution logic and added persistent tracking for trades, fees, and solvency.

🧪 Artem Refined the Bitcoin LP + hedge strategy: optimized rebalancing to reduce gas costs, improved fee logic, and tracked APR performance — now running smooth.

📊 Frank Built a cross-protocol backtester combining Aerodrome LPs with Hyperliquid hedging. Fixed critical funding logic for SHORTs, resolving APR issues in bullish markets. Integrated dynamic hedge sizing + risk controls from Aaron’s framework. Strategy now adapts when funding gets too high.

🧬 Philipp Deployed automated trading on Hyperliquid using price-based triggers — a feature not live anywhere else yet. Also progressing on Shadow LP position tracking.

🔧 Rikako Deep dive into Derive API debugging — from signature checks to authentication flows — while also exploring new DeFi platforms for manual trading routes.

🧩 Theo Completed the DeltaHedge CLI product doc. Synced on Hyperliquid + Aerodrome integration strategy, and pushed forward recovery multisig coordination for June burn.

📈 Ulad Brought validator upgrades to 70% — zero view changes across shards thanks to consensus fixes. Built new dashboards for validator health + added sharper HTTP diagnostics.
