→ USR is an overcollateralized, non-yield bearing stable, backed by ETH and stETH + short futures in CeFi and DeFi to hedge price movements. On average, these shorts positions earn funding.
→ RLP represents the Resolv Liquidity Pool, designed to protect USR from market and counterparty risks. If losses occur, they are attributed to RLP holders. In exchange, they receive a higher portion of profits of the collateral pool. RLP has a price, representing value of ETH backing a single unit of RLP token.
