A mobile-first pets game is in development to onboard web2 players. Simple payment options like Apple Pay are being explored to improve accessibility and reduce friction.

The team is working to close the core gameplay loop before introducing monetization. Chapter 3 will introduce more competition, community-driven systems, and potential faction mechanics.
🎨 UGC Showcase at Shorelime
The annual Shorelime event will feature a UGC fair, giving visibility to creators with 3+ approved items. The field will transform into a digital showcase space inside the game.
📊 Staking Governance and Ecosystem Growth
With more web3 games joining, staking will let the community influence which games receive monthly $PIXEL allocations. The long-term aim is sustainability through diversified revenue — including USDC and fiat.
🛡️ Bot Detection & Fair Play
Pixels continues to combat bot activity through reputation systems and staking mechanics. Efforts focus on making the game fair while adapting to evolving automation tactics.
