The ideal model is as follows: Suppress valuation, view so-called web3 products with web2 logic, like a new Zk product, calculate 2 years of expenses ✖️5 as the basic valuation, so a Zk product's valuation might be just 10 million RMB, no more, about 2 million USD valuation, release 30% tokens for IDO, retail and institutions enter the same round, project team gets 600k USD, 100k USD for liquidity pool, 500k USD for development (this is the real development cost for many Zk projects), directly conduct on-chain TGE, if done well, the project team's tokens become valuable and can be sold, while users and institutions get low-cost tokens and can support the project, ultimately building a project from low market cap to high market cap, reconstructing the wealth effect of VC coins. Whether it's retro style or new VC style, the essence is further promoting on-chain. And currently, only BNB Chain can simultaneously integrate retro, meme, and new VC coin styles.
