You can easily log in or register with OKX using a social account like Google or Telegram, which makes it very convenient to connect to TradingView.

1. On TradingView you can search for OKX products in the search section by using the prompt OKX: > choose your trading symbol > select Launch chart

   

   Search for OKX on the TradingView search field

2. Select OKX from the trading panel on TradingView. If you don’t see OKX listed on the trading panel, select More (three dots button) to view more brokers

   

   Select OKX as your broker

3. Choose a live or demo environment for trading, then select Connect

   

   Select your environment mode before connect

4. Sign up / Log in to authorise TradingView
   Note: if you have an OKX account, sign in directly. Otherwise,

   sign up
   first.

5. Make sure you have crypto assets in your OKX trading account for trade or deposit

How do I deposit via TradingView?

Deposit - Buy crypto

1. If you're new to cryptocurrency without any crypto assets on the chain, navigate to the Buy Crypto option

2. Select from Express buy or P2P trading, as you can buy crypto via any of these 2 approaches

Deposit - On chain

If you already have crypto assets on chain, please follow the steps below to deposit crypto assets into OKX.

• You can choose to deposit into the trading account, and it's highly recommended.

• You can choose to deposit into the funding account. Need to transfer into the trading account as mentioned in Transfer section.

How do I transfer with TradingView?

If there are no assets in your trading account, transfer from funding account to trading account.

1. Select the assets you have and would like to transfer out

2. Transfer a certain amount into a trading account

3. After you have transferred successfully, start your trading journey.

How do I start trading in TradingView?

Trade spot in TradingView

If you only focus on Spot trading, just trade on TradingView side under the OKX - Spot account option.

Trade derivatives in TradingView

Change the following settings on our platform before returning to TradingView:

1. Hover on Trade main menu at the main option before selecting from Spot, Futures, Margin to Options trading from the dropdown

   

   Select from any of the options available under Trade section

2. Select More (three horizontal dots button) to enable settings from the Quick access menu

3. Select Settings to access the trading settings

4. Select Trading mode > Account mode button and select Single currency margin
   Note: you can't trade in TradingView if your account mode is in Multi-currency margin or Margin free.

5. You have the option to configure the order quantity for Futures trading unit in the unit of Crypto, Contracts or USDⓈ for the USDⓈ-margined and Crypto-margined

   

   Ensure the preferred amount is correct

Note:

• We currently don’t support the USDⓈ trading unit for USDⓈ-margined futures contracts on TradingView in single-currency margin mode to improve the overall user experience, . Instead, choose contracts or crypto as your trading unit.

• Refresh your browser on TradingView page if you changed the settings on OKX.

How do I switch to derivatives account on TradingView?

Switch to the OKX - Derivatives account option on TradingView side before you start trading.

Note: spot and derivatives symbols have different order panel UI in TradingView, thus we have 2 accounts (spot and derivatives account) in TradingView. However, the trading account assets are shared by both spot and derivatives trading as you are in unified account.
