Falcon Finance是由DWF Labs支持的下一代合成美元协议，致力于创造可持续的收益机会。
二，收益来源
项目收益主要源于正资金费率套利、负资金费率套利、跨所套利，以及质押收益。
三，合作背景
与Pendle、Onekey、Morpho、Link等本轮DeFi发展基石项目合作，侧面反映其具有一定可靠性。
四，参与方式
- 初级玩法：在DEX或官方平台铸造USDf，再质押为sUSDf，可获约15%浮动收益。
- 中级玩法：在Pendle平台做流动性提供者（LP），或持有PT获稳定收益、持有YT博高回报；在Penpie平台做LP收益更可观。
- 高级玩法：在Morpho平台进行循环贷操作，有机会获取较高收益。
五，安全性
- 资金安全：采用CEFFU三方管理映射模式，项目方仅有操作权，无法提取资金，且会披露资产情况并定期聘请第三方审计。
- 合约安全：合约已通过第三方机构审计
六，工作原理
1. 用户存入抵押资产（稳定币或非稳定币），Falcon生成USDf作为回报。
2. 用户存款转至第三方托管机构，采用多重签名或多方计算流程保障资产安全存储。
3. 提款需独立授权签名者多重批准，防止个人或实体单方面移除或更改资产路径。
4. Falcon不直接控制或持有用户存入资产，避免被单方挪用。
5. 采用场外结算机制，将托管账户资产“镜像”到中心化交易所，部署策略交易。
6. 部分资产部署到链上流动性池，通过链上去中心化交易所交易和套利产生收益。
关于USDF
USDf是Falcon的超额抵押合成美元，是双代币系统一部分。用户存入符合条件的抵押资产（稳定币如USDT、USDC、DAI；非稳定币如BTC、ETH和部分山寨币）可生成。Falcon对稳定币存款按1:1比例铸造，对非稳定币资产设置超额抵押率，确保市场波动时协议的完整性。
