This is the first time AI/ML models are being placed directly at the core of DeFi strategy execution. Instead of static yield strategies, we’re now entering a world where liquidity, leverage, rebalancing, and entry/exit are dynamically informed by real-time predictive signals.
Expect to see

- Adaptive leverage/de-leverage LP management
- Dynamic yield optimization based on forward risk signals
This is really good timing for Allora considering that the Defi hype is resurfacing due to Uniswap burn/fee switch + improving macro backdrop due to Trump recent stimulus plans.
Defi x AI teams like @almanak & @gizatechxyz will also benefit from this as both of them can leverage Allora's AI Oracle.
2. Prediction Markets Are Breaking Out
Weekly notional volume on prediction markets just crossed $3B for the first time, now ~50% higher than U.S. Election peak volume in 2024.
@opinionlabsxyz is now the 3rd largest PM venue.
AI-driven prediction players are proving early product-market fit
