Ledger 官方警告🚨 : 你還在用 Ledger Nano S？官方正式終止全面支援，資產安全堪憂
硬體錢包大廠 @Ledger 的技術長 @P3b7_ 正式宣布，將逐步終止對旗下經典產品 Ledger Nano S 的全面支援，該產品自 2016 年推出以來，曾是市場上最受歡迎的冷錢包之一，但由於硬體規格已不敷使用，目前已建議用戶升級至 Nano S Plus 或 Flex 等新型號。
Nano S 雖然仍可使用，且資產依然安全無虞，但由於記憶體容量僅有 320kb，已無法支援現代加密應用的需求，舉例來說，目前的主流應用如多應用同時運行、Clear Signing、Ledger Sync 、以及對 Uniswap、TON、ADA 等跨鏈支援，Nano S 都無法負擔，語言系統和介面更新也受限於記憶體不足。
Ledger 特別強調，使用 Nano S 的用戶不需要將資產轉移，只要保存好 24 字恢復短語，便可在任何支援 BIP39 標準的設備上還原錢包，為享有最新功能與更高的安全性，官方建議升級並提供了 20% 折扣優惠。
針對升級後的可攜性與自由度，Ledger 表示其平台依然開放，用戶保有密鑰與錢包主控權，沒有被綁定於特定裝置或平台。
緊急消息🔴： @Ledger 準備放棄 Nano S 冷錢包，停止為舊錢包做任何更新，沒想過原來用戶買了冷錢包會有？後續可能沒辦法使用的安全疑慮，而官方在正式公告中表明旗下經典產品 Ledger Nano S 正式退役。
Ledger 將不再接受任何針對 Nano S 的 App 上架、功能提交，或更新維護，從開發路線圖到用戶支援，用戶必須徹底把 Nano S 從你的產品架構中移除，選項不是彈性調整的是必須這麼做，功能不會再進步，修補不會再出現，安全漏洞也不再有官方幫忙監督，Ledger 可能不會替任何人解決。
Ledger 表示將釋出必要的技術文件、支援工具與過渡建議，協助開發者平穩終止對 #NanoS 的支援，最麻煩的是開發者需對自己的裝置應用承擔全部風險與後果。
