Operational schedule changes for On-chain Earn

To improve the platform safety and efficiency of On-chain Earn products, OKX will be adjusting our operational schedule starting from 8:00 am UTC on July 28, 2025.

This adjustment may affect the time when (1) your crypto goes on-chain, (2) you start accruing rewards, and (3) your redemption is settled. As the time is specific to each product, the latest information can be found in the following places:

• Crypto on-chain time: Visit Help Center > Overview via the subscription page. You can find the latest time under the "When will I start earning?" section.

• Reward accrual time: Visit Assets > Earn to find your order details page, where you can find this information.

• Redemption settlement time: When you redeem, you can find the settlement time on the confirmation page. Fast Redemption functionality will continue to operate.
