Sei Labs just dropped a super interesting paper about MEV on next-gen blockchains.
Sei Giga will use this new thing called Multiple Concurrent Proposers (MCP), where a bunch of proposers work at the same time.
Cool for speed, but it also opens the door to new MEV tricks: stuff like tx stealing, proposer-vs-proposer auctions, and timing games.
@SeiNetwork has released a full research paper so they can design around the problems before users use the system.
That’s rare out here.
Most chains just pump TPS and accept MEV as the tax you pay.
Sei Giga is trying to shut it down at the protocol level, not let it become a playground for insiders.
Giga might be one of the first super-fast chains that doesn’t sacrifice fairness just to chase speed. ($/acc)
