Been thinking a lot about this recently. Feels like 9 out of 10 launches have been down since TGE. Driving attention is much easier pre-launch but once it happens feels like a downward spiral. Paper hands, unsustainable tokenomics, and brutal competition does that to you.
I’ve gathered some tokens that launched in the past few weeks. As you can see, almost all of them have lost more than 50% of their value People often criticize me for suggesting short positions at TGE, saying it’s too risky. But especially with the recent InfoFi trend, we’re seeing many low-quality projects hitting the market with valuations far above their true worth To give an example: opening $1,000 short positions on each of these 9 tokens with $9,000 in total is essentially a 1x leverage strategy. The total return from these $9,000 short positions would be around $6,000. And the best part ? Time is now on your side As I always say: finding tokens that will go down in price is much easier than finding ones that will go up
