Just wrapped up Unichain Builder Week—and boy am I glad that I made that 20-hour flight to New York.
We’ve been building on Uniswap for a while now, and for us, the tech has always been the easy part. But when it comes to finding product–market fit, attracting the first 5–10 users, crafting a brand and social strategy, and becoming fundraise-ready—those were areas we knew were critical but felt completely lost in.
Over the course of three days, speakers and mentors from @Uniswap, @UniswapFND, and across the ecosystem shared hard-earned lessons on all of that and more. Some were even distilled into a complete Builder Marketing Playbook and a 90-Day Execution Plan.
I initially came for protocol design feedback—but walked away with a completely revamped narrative and a sharp, actionable go-to-market strategy. We now know exactly what to do next, and how to do it. Super excited for what’s ahead!
