How xBTC works

When BTC is transferred from an OKX Exchange account to supported blockchains, users receive xBTC on the designated chains.

If xBTC is deposited back to an OKX Exchange account from a supported chain, the equivalent BTC will be credited to the account.

xBTC in the DeFi ecosystem

xBTC will first be available on the Solana, Sui and Aptos chains, while more blockchains will be supported in the future. Stay tuned for more DeFi integrations to come.

Wanneer je BTC opneemt vanaf je OKX Exchange-account naar een ondersteunde blockchain, ontvang je xBTC op die chain. xBTC is direct inzetbaar in alle DeFi-apps op ondersteunde blockchains.
Door xBTC terug te storten naar een OKX Exchange-account vanaf een ondersteunde chain, krijg je het equivalent in BTC op je account.

We ondersteunen momenteel geen specifiek handelspaar of orderboek voor xBTC. Je krijgt automatisch BTC als je xBTC stort in je OKX-account.

We brengen alleen opnamekosten in rekening wanneer je BTC als xBTC opneemt van je OKX-account. Je hoeft geen andere kosten te betalen.
