Today's @soon_svm Ecosystem Founder appreciation post will be done slightly different. I want to tell the story of @PortalFinance_, the first SOON-native lending protocol from their founder's perspective.👀
@homuraSOL met his cofounders 3 years ago at a Hackathon - they walked away with something even better than a win, a lifelong friendship. Their first venture was an NFT project. They poured 15 months into it, but it didn’t take off. That failure stung, but it didn’t stop them. They kept experimenting on Ethereum and Solana, learning how to shape projects and rally communities through every step.
Last year the raw potential of SVM caught their attention. That’s when @soon_svm came into focus, and @homuraSOL told me why they're all in on SOON:
