PARTNERSHIP: Base blockchain has been lacking strong, utility-focused projects. A trend that has finally been broken with @trize_io, an institutional-grade tokenization platform targeting new construction real estate in G20 countries. T-Rize enables deployment of security tokens on multiple blockchains such as Base, Avalanche, Canton Network, and Rizenet. One of their projects is a $300M tokenization of Project Champfleury — a 960-unit real estate development in Canada.
