If I were to look back 1 year ago to Sep 2024
$BTC was having a -19% drawdown from ATH
We were at Fear (Index = 38)
Kinda similar to today isn’t it? Except that we are now at a higher base + have more certainty of catalyst (rage cut)
Kinda funny how history rhymes
PS: $BTC then straight rallied +89% over 3 months to the then ATH of 108k, while $GIKO rallied 32x to the ATH of $80mn

In all honesty, I feel really terrible looking at the insane volatility & altcoin bleed over the past 4 weeks.
It is really tiring. I even puked once at 3am while chart watching.
But that's what they want you to feel.
At the end of the day, I force myself to continue thinking rationally and using my brain from taking actions.
Is this the top, and cycle over? Unlikely - there's so much dry institutional powder ready to deploy; rate cuts hasn't even taken place yet; S&P500 / NASDAQ continues to print ATH
Is this the end of altcoins? Unlikely - we haven't hit insane euphoria yet (in fact we are just entering $ETH phase); mass retail FOMO isn't here yet.
So the right thing to do is to buy and/or hold the right coins through this dip.
As I hold mainly memecoins, the most important questions are:
1) Is the lore still strong, unique & relevant?
2) Is the community still contributing (no matter how small)?
The answer is YES and YES for the coins I'm holding
