Now, Thunderbolt introduces structured transfers + asynchronous authorization + multi-round verifiable execution + finality, all natively supported by UTXO without requiring state synchronization. To put it more plainly: it's not about payments or making BTC transactions faster. It's an expansion of signature semantics, enabling "asset control transfer" to become a closed-loop, evolvable, and mathematically complete process within Bitcoin's native rules.
